Description

Monitoring troubleshooting includes:

• Review of serial communications
• Review of ethernet connections
• Review of any wireless communications
• Validate device(s) are communicating locally
• Communicate or start a case with monitoring company to validate all monitoring is functioning
• Connect computer to monitoring for screenshots and extra validation of data
• Measure production and compare data
• Inspect DC power supply
• Inspect AC power source
• Inspect state of electronics (report any environment issues)
• Field service report is included after visit
